Technical and Content Issues
Paiboon Publishing and Word in the Hand™ Inc. offer e-mail
support for the following technical issues:
- problems using the product on your Android device
- problems with the content (e.g. words, definitions)

If you still want to send a support question to Word in the Hand, send
e-mail to support@word-in-the-hand.com.
In your email, tell us:
- Your name.
- Your device model: What is the manufacturer and model number?
Is it a phone or a tablet?
- Your Android Operating System Version: You can find out
which Android Version your device has installed by running the
Settings app from your device's home screen, then choosing "About
Phone" (it might also say "About" or "About Tablet"), then looking
under "Android Version."
We will respond to your question within 5 business days. We can
answer most questions at that time. However, particularly complex
technical questions might need to be forwarded to Word in the Hand's
technical staff. In this case, we will respond to you within 5 days
to let you know your question has been forwarded, and you should
expect a response within 30 calendar days (typically much more
quickly).

The Google Play Store
(formerly known as Google's "Android Market") has a policy that you
can return any app within a 15-minute period after purchase. We
believe this policy is utterly absurd, since 15 minutes is not enough
time to evaluate any app, and in the specific case of our app, you
will almost always need more than 15 minutes to complete the one-time
download of dictionary definitions and sounds that happens when you
run the app for the first time.
Therefore, after taking a reasonable amount of time to evaulate the
app on your device, if it does not function as advertised, we will be
more than happy to issue you a refund; contact us at orders@word-in-the-hand.com
and include the email address that you used to purchase the software.
Please provide as much detail as you can about the issue you are
having as it will help us improve our software.
Purchasing/Downloading/Ordering/Billing/Accounting Issues
Google manages all the details of your purchase of our app via the
Google Play Store / the Android Market. We do not have any access to
your accounting or credit card information. For any question relating
to accounting, you must contact Google directly.
