As you can see, the iOS and Android dictionary apps currently have the full feature set, comprising the huge 195,000 entry dictionary vocab plus all the features, categories, and vocabulary of the phrasebook app including super phrases and currency conversion.

The Windows dictionary app will get the full feature set soon: as explained on our sneak preview page, we are in the late stages of development and testing. See that page if you are interested in being a beta tester.

For those who purchased our phrasebook app, we will be releasing a new version of the phrasebook app that lets you do an in-app purchase (which will simply be the price difference between the two products) to upgrade it to the full dictionary app.

So, no matter which product you purchase today, you have an upgrade path to full functionality of both apps, and the price to get there is the same no matter which app you start with.
